Right from the installation, I encountered several bugs that made it difficult to use. When I reached out to support, they informed me that the issues were likely caused by other installed plugins and suggested that I deactivate my main plugin. After following their advice, I received no further assistance. When I inquired about the lack of response, I was told that they had attempted to help and, as a result, I was not eligible for a refund. This experience left me feeling frustrated and unsupported. While it does get the job done, there are some major bugs that will frustrate you.
